Your Professional Development
We are an Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer and provide a structured development programme for our engineers and safety practitioners to raise the competence levels and lead towards Chartered Status. You will receive support and mentoring from senior management to nurture your professional development and growth within the business. For this purpose, we have a formal mentoring scheme in place.
We also have a Graduate programme and partner with Dublin City University (DCU) on their Intra programme.
